Endowments
Endowments are, could be considered the underlying capital for not for profit long term
continuance. Non Profits are a unique asset in our communities that do things more effectively than business or government can. Improved management of endowments is a significant opportunity.
Ten challenge grants were accepted and met. They are obligated to share their performance and we compare their performance against the top 25% of equity. Annually, this analysis then is shared with all ten for their knowledge.
